Bad Experience from motogpmerchandise.com

Over a month ago I purchased a Valentino Rossi signed autograph, a month later no contact from the company. There is also no phone details on their website. I asked them where it was due to arrive as it said "Coming Soon" the response I got was that they didn't know when it was coming (coming soon to me is a couple of weeks) The guy at the other end was rude, and the fact that none of the images on there website are representations and they do not gurantee what they write on the website is true. The autograph in question that they were selling was not even signed yet.

I would avoid this autograph company at all costs. Just bad customer service considering I was buying this as a present.
