Donington Park is back on the WSB calender hosting the European round of the championship on March 25 to 27, and to celebrate MCN is backing the event with a cut-price ticket deal for the race. With such a prestigious event kicking off the racing season in the UK, MCN has negotiated an incredible £10 off advance race day or weekend...

donington

My fave bike track. { not just cos its my local one}. a better track than silverstone but let down by the state of the rest of it. needs loads of money spending on it to get it to silverstone standard. it could be great once again.

What's been done about spectator facilities ?

Having endured the dump that Donington became the last time that the Wheatcroft's were in charge I'm not going back until positive reports emerge of dramatic improvements in spectator facilities.

Well done MCN on supporting the WSB event but why don't Donington put their money where their mouth is ?

How ?

Well, how about FREE admission to the event to anybody that can produce a programme for any WSB / MotoGP event previously held at Donington Park. That way people who have  regularly supported high ticket price events at Donington Park in the past can make up their own minds for the future - without paying to find out what it is like there today.

GREAT NEWS

I am delighted that Donington is back on the WSB list, however, it is a pity it has to be so early in the season as Donington can be extremely cold at the best of times but in March it can be absolutely freezing anyway fingers crossed for an early spring and it will be great to get 2 chances to see the incredibly strong home riders showcase their talent. Ciao

wsbk donnington

I agree with potfiller the state of the spectator facilities has been the thorn in the side for years & years & years eh em sorry but it has. They make enough money out of venders and spectators payments but these people alike never see any improvement in the enviorment they use at donnington to make them want to come back THE ATMOSPHER IS 70% negative when l,m there towards the state of the place . l mean even the inadiquate tiolets are 40yrs old little blocks that are few & far between subsidsed by batches of porta loos TAKE A GOOD LOOK AT HOW MSV RUN A CIRCUIT DONNINGTON AND MAKE US PROUD OF YOU AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!

Its a pity this article doesn`t tell you about the additional costs

With transaction charges added two tickets actually cost around £87 so the saving is only £5.50 ish /ticket!!!!!!!!!!!
