Back on 2 wheels!

After just over 18 months without a bike I finally parted with my cash for a VFR!

I picked it up from Great Yarmouth and had a 180 mile ride back home to get used to it. Was a bit scary at first - much heavier than I expected put very light when on the move.
Can't wait to get back out with some mates this summer.

800 VTEC

After a long search, I went for a 2002 VTEC model in the end.

There was a decent '01 pre-vtec on offer for £100 more, which was very tempting because of the gear driven cams. They had similar mileage etc but I just love the look of the vtec model and wasn't put off by the kick of the vtec or potential for issues some people seem to have and went for it!

So far, so good anyway. I love my new toy and have got used to the weight. It might have just been down to a mix of nerves and excitement when I collected it?
