 Is there such a thing? Hopefully heavy rain, high winds and the odd tropical storm won't affect the result at Motegi but as they normally do everywhere else I'm not holding my breath.

 the typhoon, I read a german article about Fukishima Daiichi nuclear plant that was wrecked in the Tsunami and earthquake of 2011( being only 119 miles away), they reckon the imminant explosion could be as bad as krakatoa but with the added bonus of radioactive debris. And when I say immenent any time in the next two years.
