I must admit I hope the BBC team are disbanded now that the BBC have lost the MotoGP coverage - it was the general lack of knowledge within the team that really annoyed me - Parrish perhaps knew his stuff 30-40 years ago, but things have moved on a hell of a lot, and I'm not convinced he really kept up and Charlie Cox just used enthusiam and silly sayings to get through commentating a race.  The only one that I thought was clued up on the sport was Matt Roberts.
