 Quite aside from the fact that it can only be good for more manufacturers being on the grid meaning it is already NOT a waste of time, Alstare are past masters at development, the BMW engine is great admittedly the electronics remain a question mark but as BMW have no need for them, just maybe they will see the benefit of providing the BB3 with what they have learned in their WSB campaign and Bimota can build a great chassis. They also have a committed sponsor.

 

In all, I think Alstare Bimota BMW has much more likelihood of success than MV Augusta but any entry with whole season funding is a boon for the series.
