If your going to use a PC to design a bike maybe you should improve it before posting

Pipe is too big

Front wheel will hit the exhaust once it bottoms

looks like a heavyweight?

all in all I doubt Yamaha would ever do it, pity as the Triumph with the off road wheels is brilliant and if Yamaha could make a lighter more off road version I would buy it without hesitation

NIce but way too bulbous

Great picture but whats the point of a smaller engined super tenere? the big engined ten is not much cop for anything other than rough tracks.

The 660 Tenere is hardly a DAKAR machine, its way too heavy and wide to be any use off road.

Sure put the MT07 engine into a narrow and lightweight bike and pitch it at the new 450 ccm market. Yamaha would sell out again and again.

If anything Yamaha should release a Dakar edition of the WR 450 now that would be something special and would actually function off road.

A KTM 390 adventure bike can't be far off (based around the rumoured 390 super moto and no doubt 390 enduro) and at a cheaper price point than the CCM by a couple of grand KTM will wipe up the market.

Rugged simplicity and light weight are much more use off road than overweight high tech/ BHP beasts that you can't pick up or fix without a PC!
