You'll be fine

Mr BB had 6 months off when he had his wobble, and straight onto the beast of the ZZR last weekend. Got his licence back a few days before and first chance of getting out.

No advice given as you know the drill

Enjoy

here we go

so left to pick it up at 10 with my mate on the crossplane.

had a really good run down on Twinkle! despite losing the pinlock out of my visor, sounds like a bloody jet going off, had to fix it with chewing gum .lol. really had second thoughts of if i was doing the right thing or not! But i listened to my knees and bought it!

first photo at the dealers

First impressions

very nice condition , with the added bonus of heated grips and an alarm already fitted.bit concerned about the collector box on the exhaust though, this looks vulnerable and has a certain amount of surface rust already.shall be looking at stainless options when the money tree blossoms i think.

jesus the electronics on this thing would seriously give r2 d2 the horn! took us a while to figure it out enough to get going, stuck it in "urban" and off we went to tackle Cheltenham traffic on gold cup day! (think bumper to bumper traffic, can't beleive i organised picking it up on this day). the multi is a delight in towns, really easy to ride! really good turning circle and has plenty of grunt available.

then the 70 mile journey to abergavenny via all the interesting back roads, one of which i'm not keen on,(but crossplane man is). good news. it totally rocks. fuck me this bike is fast, handles fucking really well and soaks up the shit mud covered roads in the way sports bikes can only dream of! left the R1 for dust!(he wasn't happy). and i feel the natural order is restored. Serious Serious stomp and that was in "touring mode"

Multi

effectively cocking his leg on the Crossplane.

not really got a name for him yet (its definatly a he), a friend suggested it looked like a dragon, so working on that idea at the moment!Photo: The multi (final name pending) effectively cocking its leg on the cross plane r1. I feel the natural order of things has been restored. Lol
