Qatar MotoGP: Marquez storms to victory

Reigning champion Marc Marquez battled through the pain barrier of a broken leg to take victory at the Losail circuit. The Repsol Honda rider started from pole position and had to battle with Stefan Bradl and Valentino Rossi to take 25 points. Rossi made Marquez fight right to the wire, with the pair swapping places several times on the penultimate lap. Rossi...

Bultoboy

Thanks for putting me right re Ducati. Was away for a week so missed that.  So they are a factory entry but because they haven't won a race for a year or two years or whatever they get all the open benefits inc soft tyres (oh feck I hope that doesn't set you know who off again about brown stripes on rubber).

If they'd been forced have 5 sealed engines they would have been up the creek for this year so I suppose it was reasonable

marquez or bautista?

I would say Bautista is more of a loose cannon than Marquez.
He just does not look in control(yes I know its hard on one of these) but he looks like he is beyond his limit a lot of the time.
I mean who crashed and who won the race?

On and Buelli - before commenting badly on Bautista, he had 'inconsistent' braking from his Nissins. Maybe that's something to take into account before slagging him off?
