No not high. impact. polystyrene. sheeting. but my hips will need replacing at some time (also knees) but the government is getting short of cash for the N.H.S which I`ve paid in for 40 years+ (stamps),

I wonder why ? Rant over. Could do with some DISCS for the spine as well.

Wife was in agony with a dicky hip for years, barely able to walk.

Last year she had a replacement done at Wrightington, near Wigan, outcome, a new life, cannot keep up with her now..............however, it did cost us 4 grand.

I kid you not, the day's we were at/in the hospital talking to nurses and others it would appear our commonwealth brothers and sisters DO get priority.

Also what pisses me off is that my uncle worked for 50 in the mill and at 70 needed a hip, with a long waiting list and too much pain he went private at 8k, when it became his turn for the N.H.S. operation he got nothing ( I mean the equavilant n.h.s.cost back to him.)

I'd better get another knee while I still have the chance. I've been putting it off, as it's not as bad as it was before the first replacement was done. They keep offering and I keep saying I'd rather wait. At least I can still walk a bit.

Best get in there while I still can
