of no respect for someone else's property. I would NEVER take someone else's car, bike or whatever out without their permission. The owner would probably have warned him about the side stand as well, personally I always check that it's up before setting off.


Plus he probably didn't have insurance - if he'd hit another vehicle or a person it could have been very costly indeed.
