There something particularly sad about a little white coffin with balloons on it... They delivered the coffin on a massive lorry cos he love them..  and bikes ,his eyes lit up when he came to our house.. :smile:smile bless him..

Nothing

is sadder then a child's funeral. It seems so wrong.

By contrast the last one I went to was one of my friends. She died of Cancer very quickly, only days after getting the diagnosis. She would have enjoyed the funeral. It was lovely. She had Paradise by Coldplay for her music and it always gives my heart a bit of a tug when I hear it now. It was a real celebration. We were all sad but there was something very nice about everyone getting together, dressed in bright clothes and chatting for hours about her and our memories of her.

I hope mine is as good. I was going to have that trancey thing by William Orbit, but if my Mother's still around she won't enjoy it. I had better think of an alternative tune or two.
