Cal will be fine. He has a big mouth, and the Duc kicked his ass a few times. So what. The Maniac Joe got his feathers ruffled on more than 10 occasions last season, and look at him now. Cal jus't needs to **** up, listen to Gigi, and steadily improve. Focus on top 12 and move on with the momentum Ducati will get, by IA29 riding so well.

Ah, but Huw...

..he's only just over half a second off his team-mate, who's himself almost 1 and a half seconds of A.Espagaro. Hardly the stuff of legend from Andrew is it?...

.and let's not forget, Cal's got a knackered hand, where as Andy boy is as fit as a fiddle...The Italian should be doing much better..

Cal IS looking at the bigger picture..

Crutchlow is being paid a lot of money to ride that bike and I personally feel it show's a lot of respect to his employers, that he's prepared to give it a go, despite not firing on all cylinders. He needs time on the bike and I suspect the decision to ride was taken after discussion with his team and management..I don't know?..

..It would seem though he's damned if he does, and he's damned if he doesn't!..

Funny how we never see you on the WSBK thread Huw, supporting your fellow welshman. Oh, that's right he was out qualified by the evo bike last time out.

It's a risk, granted..

..and a reasonable point. I imagine FP2 will shed more light on the matter..was the early session just getting to know the bike again, or was the hand really an issue?..

..we'll see.
