Simon Andrews injured at NW200

He took a bad tumble coming into Metropole, and was airlifted to hospital.

Watched the full 8 hrs

Had a full afternoon (started at 2pm here) watching all the races.

Them 2 pricks in the cabin and their stupid commentary spoilt it a bit.
They did mention the accident but it was obvious they are instructed to say as little as possible about it.
In weird sort of way i tend to agree. Televise and go on about a serious accident only gives fuel and air time for these elf & safety do gooders to get it stopped.

I hope his injuries are not too serious (this is his 3rd in a shortish time) Get well soon Simom.

Some fantastic racing. Them Dunlop brother's are something else.

Last day yesterday.
Watched it live on Thursday also.
One of the best meets on the calender IMO:smile

Real shame

very talented rider ..... his leg was already badly damaged from a previous accident and you could see he had been through the mill

my thoughts go out to simon, massive personality and would be missed very much in the paddock :upset:
