Valentino Rossi: Marquez not Honda making difference

Valentino Rossi says it is the man and not the machine that is propelling Marc Marquez effortlessly towards a successful defence of his MotoGP world title in 2014. The Spaniard was unstoppable again in Le Mans yesterday when he recovered from an early off-track excursion that dropped him to 10th to win for a fifth successive race from pole position. With just...

Don't worry. When Rossi does finally retire poor old Nostro will latch onto another rider whilst sat fishing with his orange/red hero

This might surprise some Rossi fans out there but it is possible to be a fan of Rossi and like other riders too.

What made it so great was both riders.

Still say the Suzuka incident was unintentional. Biaggi's right knee coming out indicates the bike moved to the left unexpectedly, no doubt from the aero effect of the NSR moving across behind him and positioned so closely. Anyone who has ridden/raced will have experienced that.

Anyway, what's with Flo hangin' out of MM's ar5e every chance he can get? If he got any closer on the victory lap, he might as well get on the back with him! Flo starstruck... cringeworthy and funny at the same time but if that's what doin' it for him...

probably unintentional Rossi decked Biaggi with a right uppercut not long afterwards..a beaut by all accounts.

A bit handier than a load of histrionics in practice..waving and slapping at people with bags of powdered jelly-babies.

I notice Stoner kept his helmet tightly strapped on when Abraham went to see him and threatened to knock him out?

How is this different to the 'mutul respect' that Casey and Jorge were showing each other in 2011 and 2012?

After you, Jorge?  No, after you, Casey.  Boring couple of seasons IMO.

I bet Stoner regrets letting Jorge past so easily in some of those races now we have seen just how fragile the Spartan can be when up against a better rider on a better package who gives him no quarter.

Don't think any of us have forgotten about the pu$$y club ganging up on Simoncelli either.  Jorge was desperate for someone to neuter Marquez last year as well, now we know why...
