Mugello MotoGP: Marquez knocks Lorenzo for six

Marc Marquez was forced to fight hard with fellow Spaniard Jorge Lorenzo to make it six wins from six races in 2014 at Mugello. Lorenzo and Marquez moved to the front of the pack early on in the race and pulled away from the rest of the field, although Marquez looked unable to make a move on Lorenzo. Marquez left it late...

Wow!

You sad people wasting your time with such gob shite. Unreal.

Everything you have written regarding final placements and qualifying is hyperthetical rubbish. VR could have got have got pole position only to crash. Should he have there with Marc and Jorge, who knows how the race could have gone. Maybe he would have run wide in a corner like Le Mans and ended up exactly where he was??

My take on THE RACE? Brilliant, breath taking racing. Motogp is in a purple patch at the mo. and that's coming from an Aussie who obviously cheered Stoner on to the line very race. Loving watching history books being rewritten!

Poor DirtMary

still managed to win more races on the Duc whilst being sick than your hero ever could......

in fact, Karel Abraham has as many wins on a Duc as Flossi.

ouch, that burn.

Is the Honda's fuel efficiency...

...now the deciding factor between the two since they dropped the capacity down to 20 litres?

Marquez seems to be able to run on full power when the M1 is running on fumes.

The bikes seemed pretty equal (in the right hands) on a Yamaha-friendly track like Mugello...

Nostrilamus

You are confusing people, n.6, the Terrapin and now... n.2

Do you have the "Harry Potter" syndrom? "Almost no witch or wizard dares to speak his name, instead referring to him..." Say it: Valentino Rossi

Why do you say Jorge Lorenzo and not N.4??? and only leading n.5 on a Ducrapi by 2 points?

1 good race out of 6 and he is back to reclaim his throne? Good race for Lorenzo but don't forget that Rossi started from 10th place... do you really believe that n.4 would had overtaken n.2, n.3, n.5 and etc to finish 3d? Valentino Rossi is celebrating his podium 300 idiot. 300!

Finishing you said: "Nostro has always been a fan of them all, with the exception of the yellow one"

1. Speaking of yourself in 3d person makes us realize your problems are bigger than we initially thought.

2. If VR is the yellow one, would that make you the pink one? You little pig?

Lorenzo put the fight of his life yesterday. Good for him and good for us, the spectators. Valentino Rossi

Beside of the one

we cannot mention his name here (Nostrilamus = the new Valedemor)

I think there are many people around that doesn't understand a lot about racing.

Both MM and JL were better than VR in this race. Period. JL faught with MM the same way VR did in Qatar, very good performance for Jorge.

Now, Valentino started from 10th and laped "similar" times than the riders in front. 2 factors are forgotten:

1. When you are close to the guy in front of you, and I mean, really close, you gain tenths from the chase and the slippstreaming. And you all know how agressive would have been VR in front of his homecroud if he had covered that difference not qualifying in that shitty 10th (his fault).

2. To close the gap would have meant that VR was faster than them and yesterday that was not the case.

One last thing that Dorna has to realize: Stuppid semi-factory rules like the softer tyres f**ck everybody except the guy that qualifies in the first position!

Anything after 1st and you have to lose time overtaking B riders (not because of lack of skills but because of real potential of their rides). Iannone, Esparrago, Dovizioso, etc. 2014 rules are ****!

Sponge BOB

Poor Simoncelli was also declared a Legend by FIM.

That would make him comparable to your friend Stoner right?

I told you bozo that FIM rewards mean nothing at all.

de Agostini, Nieto, Doohan, Rossi, those are real legends.

Now go back to try to suck your own a**hole you elastic bi*tch

Plenty of good riding

going on  - take your pick  - but absolutely hopeless and woeful performances from Crutchlow and Smith, both of them at this time being well and truely outclassed by their teammates and in Crutchlow's case even by the satelite team.

Dani Pedrosa - WTF! barely beating a Tech3 bike and being harried by Ducati's and there are people out there who still think he can be MotoGP world champion?!

And

Nostro and all of the other Rossi haters. You can analyse the times from yesterdays race, and oh boy have you!! We witnessed a great race yesterday as we did back in Qatar. We want more races like that and surly for entertainment want to see more riders up there, even Rossi!

But let’s remember one thing though. Jorge finished 2nd yesterday, he did not win. Just as Rossi has not won against MM either!

This leaves us with the facts so far this season. MM has beaten each and every rider in the 1st 6 races. Rossi has beaten Jorge (his team mate)  in 4 races out of 6. Rossi is 2nd in the title race and Jorge is in 4th and is 32 points behind Rossi. Plus Jorge is only two points a-head of Dovi, Ouch!

Remember, if but’s and maybe’s don’t count for jack
