It was a day that just..

snowballed as we went along...In the morning there was just Mark & I meeting up at Spoons .. a quiet turnout as many were at Knockhill for BSB and some were away up in Applecross.

In Callander we picked up Jimmy on his ZZR1400 and Sam on her gixxer1000, also Ralph tagged along on his CBR125 catching up with us at the various stops.

Sky joined us in Tyndrum and we headed to the Clachaig in Glencoe for lunch were we met up with the guys returning from Applecross. Graeme (Panigale) decide to join us for the rest of the day as did two of Sam's friends who happened to be up at the Clachaig (Blade & another Panigale). So starting off with just two bikes we ended up with nine out by the afternoon.

First thing after lunch we did the Kinlochleven Loop before heading down to Castle Stalker for afternoon tea in the sun..

Graeme's bike loaded from Applecross..

that camera...

of yours, really pulls the background into the foreground....them mountains really look close, like the naked eye would see them......does that Oxford cover on Graemes tail pack work? the only oxford item I've used that's been truly water proof is my bum bag....all their other gear seems to be pathetically un water proof.

Hi oldish ..

I'm not sure how waterproof Graeme's Oxford cover is ...... fortunately this weekend it wasn't put to the test. :winkie:

As for the camera ...yes, so far I am quite pleased with it's results.... the pics you see were all just taken on 'auto' setting.

Some more from the A82..

...'looking good at 40'........the secret is - lots of loving attention and regular servicing.

Yes Ralph has been doing amazingly well on the 125, especially considering he only passed his CBT a couple of months ago. We have been telling him it's time to do his DAS and get a 600.

On the rideouts we just tell him where the next stop will be and set him off 10 mins before us, we pass him en-route and he then just turns up 10 mins after us at the next stop. Seems to work well.

Here we are about to pass him on the A85 heading back to Tyndrum.

I think he will be on a 600 before the season is over. :winkie:

Back at the Welly, Ralph (far left) chatting to Mark...
