OUT YESTERDAY - 'Snatching a chance'.

Rideout days are normally Sundays for us.

But with heavy showers forecast for today it wasn't looking good. So when I got a message that a couple of the guys were going out Saturday instead I was tempted. I already had stuff arranged for the afternoon but decided to 'grab the last minute opportunity' and join them for a couple of hours in the morning. It was a good choice.  :smile

It ended up with four of us (although I was only out till lunch time..with the threat of death if I wasn't home for one

Partick turned up with another bike ..he had just bought this to compliment his usual ride - The Mille.

A CBR600F ....in very tidy nick...

We got to Inveraray then up the Dalmally road where I turned right to head to Tyndrum and back down the Lochside whilst the guys turned left and on to Oban for lunch. Despite being under pressure for time I stopped briefly lochside to snatch some pics...

Lashing with rain

this morning, but the pictures lift the heart   :smile Mustn't complain though. It's been a lovely, sunny week until now.

I like small trains. I never tire of our little railway down here on Romney Marsh.  Hope the link works, but probably won't
