Rutter's Ducati readied for Festival of 1000 Bikes

The Vintage Motor Cycle Club’s Festival of 1000 Bikes returns to Mallory Park this weekend from Friday 8 to Saturday 9 July.

The event gives enthusiasts the opportunity to ride their own machines in track sessions over the weekend, in addition to being able to watch past masters and famous race bikes take to the track on the Sunday.

All aspects of classic motorcycling will be encapsulated at the event, including pre-65 trials, historic grass track, a historic sprint demo, an avenue of clubs and importantly, a real ale bar.

Tony and Michael Rutter will be taking part in the Past Masters track session on Sunday aboard a pair of Ducati 750s, alongside Kenny Roberts, Graeme Crosby, Giacomo Agostini to name but a few.

We captured the classic Ducatis that they will ride being readied for the Festival of 1000 bikes in the following video.
