Michael Rutter and Phil McCallen sign-up for Revolution

Michael Rutter and Phil McCallen have just been announced as two more star riders competing in next February’s live-action Revolution show. The duo complete Michael Dunlop’s three-man team and both are fired-up for the challenge.

Rutter is the definitive multi-skilled rider having competed in every discipline from the roads of Ireland and Macau to 500cc Grand Prix. He’s not afraid of trying (and mastering) new technology either, winning the last three TT Zero electric bike races on the Mountain Course.

“I’m looking forward to Revolution and I’m really happy to be in the Dunlop team,” explained Rutter. “We’re going to give McGuinness and his team hell both on and off the bikes! Ha!”

Dunlop’s second and final team member is eleven-time TT winner Phil McCallen. The racer from Northern Ireland is most famous for his incredible four TT wins in 1996 and is already fired-up for Revolution. “It’s an impressive line up of riders and between us we’ve got a total of 100 TT wins.

“That’ll all be forgotten when the flag drops though, racers are racers after all.”

The Revolution live action show is an indoor race across a series of obstacles on trials machines and pit bikes. It takes place during the Carole Nash MCN London Motorcycle show on February 14-16. Entry to the show costs just £16 and kids go free!
