Ducati reveal '08 prices

Ducati UK has released the retail prices for the 848, 1098R and Monster 696, ahead of their UK debuts at the International Motorcycle and Scooter Show at the NEC in Birmingham this week.

The 848 will be available in White and the traditional Ducati Red with an on the road price of £9,500. It will be available in dealerships from December 1st, when Ducati dealers across the country will be holding a Ducati 848 weekend.

Visitors to the stores may also have the chance to test ride the bike.

The ultra-exclusive 1098R, based heavily on Ducati’s WSB racer, is expected to be available from February and will have an on the road price of £24,000.

Finally, the Monster 696, Ducati’s first major update to the best-seller in 15 years, is available in April 2008, priced at £5,500 on the road.
