Aprilia V4 breaks cover at Jerez

1 of 1

Aprilia‘s forthcoming V4-engined superbike broke cover this week at the Jerez circuit in Spain, with test rider Alex Hoffman at the controls.

The new machine took to the track during a test session for Aprilia’s 125cc and 250cc GP bikes, only lapping during breaks in the GP test caused by rain at the track.

The Aprilia V4 also tested in July, 2007

Despite RSV bodywork, the latest version of the bike – in WSB race trim rather than road-going form – is starting to look much more like a finished machine than earlier prototypes.
