Two new Daytonas at London Motorcycle Show!

1 of 1

The Carol Nash MCN London Motorcycle Show takes place on February 15 to 17 at ExCel. Almost every new bike will be there along with customs, classic and the amazing Revolution live show.

Triumph has been furiously busy with four completely new bikes heading for showrooms in 2013; the massive selling Street Triple, Daytona 675, Trophy and also the Tiger 1050 Sport.

The Street Triple and Street Triple R have both been given a comprehensive makeover with revisions and changes to almost every part barring the frame. Even the engine has been updated with the new low-level exhaust and styling the clearest indication of the work carried out.

The Daytona (and R version) have been given an even bigger makeover with just two or three components on the outgoing bike being carried through to the new versions. A new shorter stroke, higher revving version of the inline three-cylinder engine is at the heart of the Daytona and combined with a new chassis, new suspension, new brakes and new styling has catapulted this bike to the top of the supersport class.

The new Trophy is Triumph’s answer to the best-selling BMW R1200RT tourer and combines the awesome three cylinder 1200cc engine and a host of electronics and rider comfort aids. The latest Tiger 1050 Sport will also be making a UK debut at Excel. This sporty road tourer could end up being the perfect solution to today’s roads.
