20mph speed limit for motorcyclists?

The recent article by two non-biker idiots caused a lot of comment. Well, I came across these two over the Snake Pass today. I was following a couple of trucks at the road speed limit of 50mph when they suddenly slowed down to 5mph on a double white line section and stayed at that speed for quite a while. I thought it’d be nice if the tractor turned off soon. Eventually, the restriction was lifted and the trucks pulled away, to reveal a couple of cyclists! It must have been the Terrible Twins, Plowden and Hillman, trying to prove a point.
