Going out for a quick flag

Ever wondered just how well those stick on flags for helmets actually stick?

We wanted to find out, so Acting Deputy Editor Tony Carter popped a few on his Arai and headed out for an enthusiastic lunch time on some quick roads around the MCN office.

The bike was a 2007 Kawasaki ZX6R, the conditions were fine and warm and the rider was really trying to get a few of the flags to fly off at speed.

The results surprised us a bit.

Remember, there’s no glue or tape needed to hold these flags on, just wet the sucker and stick them on.
