MCN will continue our sponsorship of Britain’s best hope for a world title in 2002.

His team is all-British, professional and committed.

Hodgson has already been tipped by the likes of four-times WSB champ Carl Fogarty as one of the top five championship contenders before the season has even started.

His GSE Racing team now has a new title sponsor, HM Plant, to plough in for the next three years.

MCN will continue to bring you all the inside information on the team, the riders and the championship as well as offering the exclusive Hodgson column from every race.

Hodgson said: ” I have never felt like this before the start of the season – I’m in top shape, I feel mentally strong and I know the bike I will have to ride will not only look great but will be one of the most competitive in the championship.

” Having MCN backing is great because it means I can speak directly to the fans – those people who make racing worthwhile and know that more people will see it no matter where the racing has been. ”

See right for details of how you can join the next live web chat with Neil on Thursday this week.

HM Plant is owned by John Jones who is a keen racing fan. It is the biggest independent importer of construction equipment like bulldozers and dump trucks. Jones said: ” The money we spent with GSE last year was the best we have ever spent. I love bike racing and I managed to get a bit too emotional over it last year but loved every minute of it. ”
