Californian Jake Zemke has joined Team WFR Honda in the BSB Evo class and will make his debut at Knockhill on June 19.

The American star has been keen to find a berth in BSB for some time and replaces Alex Lowes who left the team, post Croft after refusing to sign a contract that tied him in to a ten-year management contract.

Zemke (35) is former AMA Formula Xtreme champion and has third in the AMA Superbike championship three times (2004, 2007 and 2010).

He announced his BSB ride on his Facebook page ahead of his new team’s official press release
