Jan de Groot: A tribute

On Monday June 4th 2007 Kawasaki Motors Europe and Motocross lost one its most important and ever-present figures, Dutchman Jan de Groot.

Kawasaki Racing Team Manager, husband, father and grandfather Jan de Groot passed away at the age of 62 and his funeral last Friday in his native Holland was attended by family, friends and a wide crop of people he has affected through almost half a century connected with the sport of motocross.
