British Superbikes Almeria test: Stuart Easton - 'Early signs of the ZX-10R are good'

1 of 1

Despite using stock engines at the Pirelli test in Almeria, Stuart Easton believes the new Kawasaki ZX-10R is going to be competitive come the start of the season.

Easton told MCN: “The new engines are due for Snetterton, but they’ll be a different spec and we may have another spec by Brands.

“At the moment we’re working with the stock engine and playing around with basic settings like different fork springs and geometry changes to ride tighter and also to get some time on the bikes.

And Easton added: “It’s a case of chipping away a bit – we’ve got another three days at Guadix so hopefully come Brands we shouldn’t be too far away.”
