The world’s top trials riders will be taking part in the 15th International Indoor Motorcycle Trial at the Sheffield Indoor Arena prepares on Saturday January 9.

The World’s top three riders Toni Bou, Adam Raga and Takahisa Fujinama will be taking on the best of British talent with James Dabill, Michael Brown and Alexz Wigg all looking for their first Sheffield title.

However, looking for his ninth Sheffield title and defending his ‘King of Sheffield’ reputation, will be local hero, Dougie Lampkin. He’s an eight-times Sheffield winner and twelve times World Champion, and will be aiming to show the young guns just how to take on the demands of Sheffield.

The 2010 Sheffield Indoor Arena Trial promises to be the toughest trial yet, with Martin Lampkin already working hard on building the most challenging sections ever seen at the Yorkshire venue.

Even organiser Neil Crosswaite, from Avondale Management, said: “It’s going to be fantastic! As always this event will bring together the best riders in the world with the toughest sections.

“Spectators will be in for a night to remember this new year with suspense and thrilling action from start to finish, and as usual we have one or two surprises up our sleeves.”

Ticket prices have been held at last year’s levels of £29.50 for adults and £19.50 for children under 14.

Tickets are available from the box office on 0114 2565656.
