Rain at Silverstone

I was unfortunate enough to attend WSB at Silverstone and witness half a day’s racing with no mention of a refund.

The riders who I admired so much said conditions were too dangerous to race so I expect relaxed in the corporate entertainment of the hospitality areas provided by various sponsors whilst I rode in the same pi**ing rain back to north Devon.

Like hundreds of other bikers I had handed over hard-earned cash to see a group of riders who I’ve no doubt many of the real racing greats would just laugh at. I hope Toseland’s little fingers were warm enough to play his poxy piano while we rode home!
