Q. I’m just about to trade in my Zx-6RJ1 for a 2003 Kawasaki ZX 636 A1P.

I want to keep an Ohlins shock, Blue Flame can, double bubble screen, and standard carrier from my J1 Model.

A. The A1P and J1 are almost identical chassis-wise so the shock, screen and carrier should bolt on easily.

The Blue Flame exhaust may mean you have to spend some time on a dyno setting up the fuelling.
