Carnell-City offer help to Bikes-uk customers

1 of 1

Those of you who bought service plans with Bikes-uk before it went into receivership are being offered help by Carnell-City.

Britain’s biggest chain of dealers is opening up its loyalty service discount scheme – normally only available to those who buy bikes from Carnell-City – to people who lost pre-paid services after receivers were called in at Bikes-uk.

The Carnell scheme gives you a five per cent discount on your first service, and another five per cent with each service until you reach the ceiling of 25 per cent off your fifth one.

It is opening a ” Rescue Hotline ” which opens at 9am next Monday (November 26) on 08701-20-54-50 and will stay active until further notice.

” It’s a gesture of goodwill and anyone who has been affected in any way by Bikes-uk going into receivership can ring us to see if we can help, ” said operations manager Tony Campbell.

While Carnell sees it as a gesture of goodwill, you might see it differently if you’ve lost out thanks to the Bikes-uk turmoil. Let us know by clicking on the link on the right.
