Riders plan September 11 tribute ride

As a tribute to the victims of the terrorist attacks on September 11 last year, riders in the U.S. are planning a tribute ride from coast-to-coast.

The marathon rideout will start on September2 from San Diego on the West Coast and cross the country to Shanksville, Pennslyvania for a ceremony honouring the victims of Flight 93 (the plane that crashed before it could be used as a weapon). From there one group of riders will continue to New York and the other to Washington.

It’s being organised by the World Trade Centre Miracles Foundation, a charity set up to help the families of victims of the attacks.
