First service woes

1 of 1

There have been an increasing number of people complaining recently that dealers aren’t providing the service that they should when it comes to giving new bikes their first service.

The first service on a new bike is one of the most important and manufacturers view it very seriously. Exceeding the stated mileage before the service could render your warranty invalid, and any delay in carrying out the work could leave the rider in a situation where they’ve reached the limit and simply have to stop using the bike until the service is complete.

We want to know how the first service was handled on your new bike. Email your answers to the questions below to mcn.insider@emap.com
