We're up for top award

motorcyclenews.com has been short-listed for a prestigious national prize in the annual Association of Online Publishers awards.

The AOP has had a record number of entries this year (over 200) and said: “The standard of entries was extremely high and all shortlisted entries have been highly commended by the judges”.

Motorcyclenews.com is up for an award in the ‘Integration of media – consumer’ category.

We’re up against BskyB’s www.sky.com/skyplus, The Financial Times’ www.ft.com, the Guaradian’s www.guardian.co.uk/politics, and Emap’s www.fhm.com, www.empireonline.co.uk and www.kerrang.com

Winners will be announced at a glitzy awards bash at London’s Grosvenor hotel on October 21, 2004.
