Urban Bike Fest 2006

Rather than riding to a field in the middle of nowhere, this event celebrates urban bikers, springing up around the country, and takes place on the Enterprise Industrial Estate in South London on Sunday, August 13, 2006.

In 2005, over 2000 people turned up to enjoy everything from bike stunts and demonstrations to accessories for sale and the best dressed male/female biker competition.

New for this year is ‘Pimp My Bike’ where you’ll get customising tips to keep your bike in top form. There’s also an exhibition area in Millawll FC’s stadium to see bargains and acessories, riders as young as five years old will be able to try a bike for size, and there’s lots of other entertainment, including comedy shows, DJ’s, open-mic sessions, food, games and celebrities.
