Bikes on primetime TV

Bikes will break into primetime TV today as MCN columnist Richard Hammond looks at the changing image of motorcycling on his ‘Richard Hammond’s 5 O’clock Show’

Hammond, himself a keen biker, has invited Britain’s newest and youngest GP star, 125cc Honda racer Bradley Smith into the studio for an interview, while manufacturers Honda have provided bikes including a Goldwing and the best-selling bike in the UK, the CBR125RR for the feature.

Making a TV debut will be the high-tech Honda Riding Trainer simulator, and other motorcycle kit has also been supplied by the likes of Dainese and Shoei.
