Sponsors needed for ride

MCN reader Grant Roberts is looking for companies to sponsor him as he takes part in the 1800 mile Barry Sheene Memorial Challenge in June, 2006, with money going to the CLICL Sargent charity.

Roberts is riding in memory of his son, Brett, who died at the age of 10 from a brain tumour, and who received medical and practical help from the charity. He’s paying the full entry costs of around £1000 and fuel himself, but is looking to raise at least £2000 with donations and sponsorship.
