Wild West bike tours

1 of 1

Fancy a biking tour through a part of America that wouldn’t normally spring to mind?

Colorado features some of the most exciting roads in America, with 60 mountain passes, including some up to 12,095 feet above see level. It also offers a taste of the Wild West, with old mining towns and cowboys and Indians.

For 2006, Turkey Creek Tours is offering nine trips, starting from June and running through September. New additions include the Woman’s Tour with nine nights in top quality accommodation, meals, and entrance to the Colorado National Monument.

There’s also the Outlaw Trail Tour, again over eight days and nine nights. You get accommodation, meals, entrance to The Black Canyon and Royal Gorge, and the chance to see the towns where the names of the Wild West were made.

Even snacks and bottled water are included in the prices, and you also get a CD-Rom with photos of your tour. The tours can range from five to eight days, and cost between $2275 and $4495. Contact: 001 888 763 6185.
