Great weekend for biking

It looks like there’s going to be a brilliant weekend for riding with scortching weather across the UK so we’ve gathered all the information you need to get out on the road.

The biggest event this weekend has got to be the Farmyard Party in Duncombe Park Estate, Helmsley, North Yorkshire which attracts masses of bikers. There are loads of stages with music and no cars are allowed on site so it’s just bikes.

British Superbikes is at Snetterton this weekend which is a great place to watch the racing, or for some off-road action the Brit MX GP is at Matterley Basin, Winchester.

Or you could join one of the UK’s biggest rideouts, the Plymouth Megaride on Sunday. It starts at 11:30am at the Lee Mill industrial estate outside Plymouth. It costs £2 but you’ll be riding with 8000 other bikes.

If you can’t make it out this weekend don’t worry the Royston and District MCC (www.rdmcc.org.uk)have got a midweek show at Meldreth Manor in Royston, Herts on Wednesday evening. And it’s all for Charity
