Participants in the KillSpills rally to highlight the dangers of diesel spillages have received Penalty Charge Notices for straying into a bus lane on Park Lane in London.

The demo ride, which took place on September 9, 2006, saw 5250 riders escorted by police from the Ace Cafe to the Houses of Parliament. Now Transport for London has issued fixed penalty notices to anyone entering the bus lane.
