Residents learner hell

Residents in a Newton Abbot street are claiming that the road outside their home seen up to 50 learner riders and drivers every day.

House owner Mike Crees has even taken to photographing the drivers and riders in a bid to try and reduce numbers, and has collected images of the hundreds of learner drivers and riders, including several of riders falling off attempting U-turns.
