Alpinestars boots for tourers and scooters

Alpinestars’ 2010 range has something for everyone when it comes to footwear. Apart from the obligatory race boots and stylish summer boots, the two biggest highlights are the Supertech Touring Gore-Tex boot and Shibuya Waterproof shoe.

The Supertech costs £329.95 and is claimed to be highly breathable, 100% waterproof (as it features Gore-Tex technology in a full grain leather construction). They’re likely to provide all-day riding comfort The Shibuya shoes cost £109.95 and are ideal for city scooterists.

They don’t feature any hard protection to speak of, but they look pretty funky.
