Interchangeable outer shell Givi launched

Give has launched the new X05 helmet at the Milan show this week – an urban helmet but with interchangeable shell fascias.

It’s the first fashion helmet of its sort that allows the rider to change the look of the lid at any time without having to buy a whole new helmet.

You can change the colour of the outer shell, the bottom strap of the shell and the peak.

It’s an extremely clever design ploy from the Italian luggage and helmet brand, and will definitely be an interesting product for the more fashion-conscious city rider.

It’s going to be available in the UK, but not until 2010.
