British bike documentary NOT coming to UK

A documentary series about the history of the British motorcycling scene is not currently scheduled for UK TV, MCN has learned.

“Café Racer”, currently broadcast in the US on HD Theater, tells the history of Mods, Rockers and Café Racers as well as giving tips on how to modify and build your own retro bike.

HD Theater is part of the Discovery Channel group, although the UK branch of the company sets and chooses its own programming schedule.

Sarah Farley of Discovery Europe told MCN: “No decision has been made yet about whether it will come to the UK”.
