Brilliant service

Excellent service without a doubt certainly exists at the Blade group Triumph dealership in Cheltenham. My Thunderbird’s locking petrol cap decided not to open and with the low fuel light on a trip from North Worcestershire was pushing it.

Without question Tom and the team arranged to collect the bike within a few days to see what they could do to help resolve this issue after talking through a few options on the phone.

On the day of collection they phoned and said they were sending one of their technicians to see if he could resolve this problem.

After three days of me trying all the tricks to open the cap and the key still rotaing in the lock it opened first time for the tech chap.

I was not treated as a fool and explanations were given and for peace of mind a new locking cap was given as replacement.

So thank you Triumph at Cheltenham for going the extra 37 miles.
