Thousands of bikers are set to descend upon the North Lincolnshire town of Barton tomorrow night for the annual Barton Bike Night, with organisers expecting somewhere in the region of 20,000 bikes to socialise and catch up with the stars of two wheeled sport.
The list of celebrity attendees includes the winners of every single solo race at this year’s Isle of Man TT, with Michael Dunlop, John McGuinness, Dean Harrison and Gary Johnson all confirmed, alongside weekend winners from the MCE British Superbike Championship Ryuichi Kiyonari and Billy McConnell.
With trade stands, bands, food and drink and lots of competitions and charity auctions taking place, there’s a brilliant opportunity to pick up a bargain or a once in a lifetime prize. Among some of the auction prizes are a pair of hospitality passes for the Cadwell round of BSB with Tyco Suzuki, as well as a pillion lap of the local circuit with Niall Mackenzie.
The action gets underway from 5pm-10pm, with access to the town, located at the end of the Humber Bridge, 46 miles east of Leeds, 6 miles from Hull and 31 miles north-east Lincoln, expected to be busy from early on.
To bid on either item, as well as a pair of Chelsea tickets and a set of Pirelli Angel GTs - MCN's 2013 tyre of the year - even if you can't attend, text 07803 757868 for more details.
