MCN Festival: MORE Camping spaces released!

Due to popular demand, we’ve managed to secure additional camping spaces for the MCN Festival.
Our camping package is a great way to experience the Festival. Our weekend camping ticket is only£37.50 per adult if booked in advance (children under 15 go free) and includes:
  • Two nights camping (Friday & Saturday) with access to toilets, showers and fresh water on site.
  • Admission to two jam-packed show days (Saturday & Sunday)
  • Saturday evening entertainment.

Caravan pitches are available for an additional cost of £20

Please note: Due to the nature of the activity at this event (loud noise, fast bikes, bike racing) we strongly advise that you do not bring your dogs to MCN’s Festival of Motorcycling

When will I be sent my tickets?
For those who have purchased your advance tickets will arrive no later than Thursday 14th May. If your tickets have not arrived by Thursday 14th May please call the ticket factory on 0844 338 0338

Policy for the disabled:
Carers will receive one free ticket for each paying disabled visitor, on arrival carers will be required to provide proof of entitlement of at least one of the following: • Letter/notice of entitlement for Personal Independence Payment • Letter from your doctor • Blue parking badge or Freedom Pass.

What are the opening/closing times for the campsite?
Campers can access the campsite from 4pm on Friday 15th May and are required to leave the campsite by 7.30pm on Sunday 17th May.

What entertainment is on offer thought out the weekend?
We will be running evening entertainment on Saturday evening only. Please check our website updates and full details.

What facilities are available on the campsite? 
Campers will have access to toilets, showers and fresh water on site. Campers will be able to purchase a hot breakfast on site on both days.

What is the difference in camping areas? 
There are two main camping areas on site 1) Bike only camping and 2) General Camping.
Within the General Camping there are 8m x 8m plots available for purchase. The dedicated plots are for caravans, motorhomes, if you require to purchase a camping plot this is charged at an additional £20.00
 

 

What services are available for campers on the campsite? 
On the campsite there will be clean drinking water, showers, toilets and a campsite restaurant offering a range of food for both breakfast and dinner for the duration. Please be aware that there are no electrical hook ups available.

Can we have a BBQ on the campsite?
We have a “no BBQ” policy for this event.

Can I bring Children?
Yes, your children are welcome. One child age 5 – 15yrs goes free with every paying adult. Additional child tickets can be purchased. Children under the age of 5 go free. Persons ages 16 or over will be charged as a standard adult.

What security is operating throughout the event? 
We provide Friendly Security personal which will be patrolling throughout the site 24hrs a day. Please do not rely on security to protect your personal belongings. All personal belongings are the responsibility of each individual and the organisers do not take responsibility for any damages or loss throughout the event period

Can I bring my own beer onto site? 
There will be a wide range of alcohol products available throughout the show site during the event, we do not encourage campers to consume and carry alcohol around the Festival site.

What is the latest I can buy an advance ticket? 
Advance tickets are available until midnight on Monday 11th May. Tickets will be available for purchase on the gate.

Are we able to camp in a group? 
We have a group camping deal – book 9 people and get one free.

Load Music 
We strongly advise that no loud music is played within the campsite itself, please respect your fellow campers and ensure that all music and noise is kept to a minimum
Waste

Please be aware that all campers will be provide with black bags on arrive, please use these bags for all rubbish and waste during your stay. Please note that we as organisers do not allow any campers to leave their belonging at the show for disposal.

Bonfires and Fireworks 
This site is a NON fireworks and bonfire policy – please respect your fellow campers, this is not a motorcycle rally but a friendly campsite.
