Last chance to book for MCNLive!

The final few apartments are booking up fast for the last ever MCNLive! at Butlins, Skegness, April 15-18 and we’re planning on going out with a bang!

This year’s Saturday ride out will again finish at Cadwell Park, where there’ll be chance to ride your bike round the iconic Lincolnshire circuit.

The Yamaha AMCA MX Experience is new for 2016, and will give visitors the opportunity to try a number of motocross, enduro and adventure bikes under the instruction of off-road experts. Also new for 2016, the National Motorcycle Museum will be bringing several iconic classic bikes to Butlins for you to ride. The full list of bikes can be seen here.

Short track will also be making its MCNLive! debut as the best short track riders in the UK will show off their incredible skills as they bash handlebars, barrel into turns on full lock and slide their way out. Riders include five times British champion Ade Collins, former British champions Tim and Tom Neave and Alan Birtwistle – who’ll be performing his incredible stunt of dragging his handlebars through the corners!

For our final event we’ve teamed up with Straightliners to offer MCNLive! visitors the chance to take their bike down the drag strip and win some silverware. The Straightliners event will take place at East Kirkby on Sunday April 18 and three runs down the strip will cost £20. Turn up on the day, or book your place here to avoid the queues.

Eighties pop groups Go west and Doctor and the Medics will headline the evening entertainment over the weekend, joined by the best tribute and covers bands from around the UK, including Complete Madness, Green Date and Antarctic Monkeys.

If that’s not enough you could also win a KTM RC390 – just make sure you’re in the hall with your ticket – which you’ll be given if you book a weekend ticket – when the draw is made on Saturday 17.
